If a course member wishes to cancel, they must inform the Administrator by letter or email. The following cancellation policy applies in all cases:
• Notice of cancellation received between course date and 7 days prior to course date, no refund
• Notice of cancellation received between 8 days and 14 days prior to course date, 50% of any fees paid or
the deposit, whichever is the greater, will be refunded
MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event of cancellation, the tuition fee may be transferred to another workshop/s at the discretion of Anne Aylor Creative Writing Courses.
TUTOR ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION
Anne Aylor Creative Writing Courses reserve the right to alter dates of this course should illness or any other emergency prevent her from teaching. If a session (or sessions) is cancelled, those enrolled will be notified and an alternative date (or dates) offered. If a student is unable to make the suggested date/s, a refund of fees paid for the session/s will be made. Creative Writing Courses reserve the right to cancel a course if exceptionally low enrolment makes the course unviable. A refund for all cancelled classes will be made.
