1. A deposit of £350/£450 is due for each course participant. Booking will be confirmed on receipt of your
deposit.
2. The full amount is due two calendar months before the start of the course.
3. If a booking is made less than two calendar months before the start of the course, the full amount must be
paid.
4. If you wish to cancel, you must inform the Administrator by letter or email. The following cancellation policy
applies in all cases:
a) Notice of cancellation received between course date and 42 days (6 weeks) prior to course date, no
refund
b) Notice of cancellation received between 43 days and 70 days (10 weeks) prior to course date, 50% of
any fees paid or the deposit, whichever is the greater, will be refunded
c) Notice of cancellation received 71 days or more prior to course date, both deposit and any fees paid
refunded
5. Any participant who cancels, but finds a replacement, may transfer their booking without penalty, but must
take all responsibility for the financial arrangements connected with such a transfer.
6. Return travel from your point of departure to Dubrovnik is not included and is the sole responsibility of the
participant.
7. Transport will be provided at from Dubrovnik Airport to Kozarica on 21 June. Return transport from
Kozarica to Dubrovnik Airport will be provided on 29 June.
8. Rates include full board at the Pansion Radulj for 8 nights to include breakfast, light lunch and four-course
dinner.
9. Drinks are not included and must be paid for direct to the Pansion Radulj.
10. In the event that a room at the Pansion Radulj is not available, a room of equivalent standard in a similar
hotel nearby will be provided (all evening meals will be served at the Pansion Radulj).
11. The course organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or expense sustained by course
participants or their companions as a result of any event or circumstance whether arising from natural
cause, human agency, or beyond its control otherwise.
12. At the Pansion Radulj, each course participant is responsible for any loss or damage to fixtures and fittings
or property that he/she may cause.
13. In the event that the course tutor is not available, a replacement tutor of similar calibre will be provided.
14. Creative Writing Courses reserve the right to cancel a course if exceptionally low enrolment makes the
course unviable. In the event a cancellation, a full refund of money paid will be made to all applicants.
15. Participants are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
